Our DevOps team supports the IT applications that serve the Recovery unit of ABN AMRO. We have a large backlog of changes. A number of those backlog items need to be implemented within relatively short timelines to keep the application functioning when our environment changes at high speed. Furthermore, we have a number of older systems that we want to be decommissioned.

Each change requires detailed requirements analysis for effective implementation by the IT colleagues in our team as well as proper project management.

We are structurally increasing the size of our team to cope with the demand, but also need to reduce the backlog on shorter notice to an acceptable size. 

We are looking for a business analist with good project management skills who can join the team to bring the short term changes live within the timelines that are set for us.

With the following results:

• detailed requirements gathering and translation to IT for specific projects/changes

• making agreements with relevant parties and stakeholders on deliverables and timelines

• performing business acceptance testing

• project delivery within timelines

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, minimum of 5 years of experience

• Experience within the financial sector

• Good understanding of credit risk processes (data, distressed client management)

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills including towards management and end-user (-representatives), both verbal and written

• Highly result oriented

• Experienced in gathering and documenting requirements
