Digital department is playing an increasing role in the AFKL Group and more specifically in Commercial domain. Digital is no longer only a servicing/distribution channel towards the customers, but also an internal provider of technical capabilities or innovations for other entities such like Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, Customer Experience Organisation. With this strengthening role within the organization it has become crucial to organize a proper Portfolio Management for all Digital activities to be able to serve properly the ambitions of AFKL in an understandable and transparent way.

 

The role of the AFKL Digital Portfolio Manager is to:

  

·     Define, organize and lead the new Portfolio Management of AFKL Digital programs (entire scope)

·      Support AFKL Digital management team (VPs) in the definition of the strategic vision

·      Structure the process of decision regarding prioritization of strategic programs

·      Ensure coordination with the teams in charge of delivering the innovations

·      Contribute to the implementation of AGILE/Scaling AGILE ways of working throughout Digital and also in other entities of the Company (consultancy role)

·      Take care of stakeholder management

·      Facilitate the access to any information related to development activities within Digital (dashboards, communication tools…)

·      Make the link with the Commercial Portfolio Management platform or other Portfolio Management in place when relevant.

·      Translate the Portfolio ambition to an IT Innovation budget and coordinate the budgeting process within Digital

This role is part of the joint AFKL Digital organization.

Reporting to AF/KL Vice President Digital Strategy.

 

This position is a key position in the inter-relationships and inter-dependencies between Digital on one hand and the business domains on the other hand

 

It is key to establish relationships, align, support and gain commitments from the different stakeholders.


·      AF/KL Digital [Digital Development, Digital Marketing, Customer Data, Performance & Excellence, Flying Blue and Corporate Digital Experience teams for aligning and influencing the digital vision, strategy, roadmaps & plans]

·      Marketing and Customer Experience Air France and KLM, product strategy, customer interaction strategy

·      Distribution, distribution strategy, NDC, OpenAPI

·      Revenue Management, fare product strategy, availability proxy

·      IMO Commercial & IS for support of digital solution

·      Third parties supplying digital services for Air France and KLM 



Requirements:


·      Academic level through degree or experience

·      Digital native, Ecommerce, web 3.0, digital technologies

·      Excellent influencing skills and an ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines, seniority, and cultures

·      Demonstrated experience with organization development and implementation of programs of large magnitude

·      Experience in conducting activities in a context combining AF and KL entities

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Analytical skills
