Freelance Senior Business Analyst (ZZP)

As Sr. Business Analyst you act as a first class business partner for the Packaging Category on the Strategic pillars supporting on Strategy formulation & Execution, Cost & Cash, Scope 3 Sustainability and Agile Sourcing.

Responsibility

• Drive the Procurement Planning cycle for packaging ( Strategic planning, budgeting, performance management) and proper coordination with all stakeholders involved (HGP, Global, regions and OpCos)

• Develop business cases, financial analysis & scenarios, (external) benchmarks and ad hoc insights to drive (cross)category decision making and intervention

• Maximise business performance by working alongside, challenging and influencing the business and advise categories on corrective strategies and/or actions that enhance performance & value.

• Identify alternatives and opportunities in order to support the development of coherent HGP Category and overall Procurement strategies.

• Support Business Controllers & Director Business Control on specific topics or during peak times to ensure delivery as a team.

• Drive continuous improvement through new or enhanced solutions to improve efficiency of the process, improve the quality of the data and bring the level of insight to a better level

• Lead or participate in projects that improve the effectiveness and/or efficiency of financial process

Experience & Profile:

• Education: Degree / Master in business economics & control.

• Preferably studying for RC.

• Thorough knowledge of business economical processes and preferably of procurement processes.

• Work experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance in business control environment with experience with automated systems (e.g. Zycus, Anaplan) and an affinity with procurement (KPIs, processes) and sustainability

+ Demonstrated experience in business analysis or finance management

+ Experience of working within a multinational matrix style environment is valuable

+ Finance knowledge, analytical, strong communicator

+ English (excellent verbal & written skills)

+ Strong communication skills are essential in order to manage relationships with a broad range of senior stakeholders.
