Freelance Project Manager Systems Innovations (ZZP)

You will lead the 2 key innovation projects for Lattiz to be delivered to the market this year including the launch of a new machine, a new recipe and 3 new packs, including the preparation phase of the projects and the implementation in the supply chain and in the market. Next to the project management role you will also be the marketing concept owner in the projects.

You will be leading complex international system innovation projects, containing a complex with multiple external partners and internal disciplines. Leading the project towards successful on time in full delivery.

You will be leading major solution-, systems-, and/or product innovation projects by delivering projects in line with project objective, requirements budget and planning via well-organized Project Management:

•  Project design and plan-> Organizes project start ups and formalizes project plans

•  Project execution

•  Stakeholder Management-> Creates support for complete project approach

•  Project team lead-> Lead the project to success

Requirements:

•    Master’s degree

•    > 8 yrs professional experience in project management, preferably in the professional food&beverage market, equipment innovation and/or plastics (injection moulding/packaging)

•    Proven ability to lead international, multipartner project teams with innovative nature,

•    Good sense of business, what is needed to win in the market and excellent customer/partner facing

•    Excellent communications skills, written and verbal

•    Fluent in English; Dutch, German is a pre

•    Entrepreneurial, self-starting, professional, steady, able to deal with tough discussions

•    Hands on mentality

•    Influencing skills on all levels up to senior management level

•    Flexibility to travel
