Introduction to the job
The People Analytics platform is a key initiatives for 2024-2025, to take a step towards more data- driven decision making and easier access to insights for HR and Managers.
ASML is looking for a project manager to lead the initiative, and at the same time provide functional guidance on the specific domain of people analytics solutions, to ensure a consistent functional and technical landscape. The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the implementation of a new People Analytics Platform, to take place end of 2024 - 2025. The project is already in RFP stage, so the PM will take over from current incumbent, finalizing technology selection, driving contracting, implementation and deployment. The PM will lead a team with representatives from the various disciplines and entities required (People Analytics, HR Technology, IT, Privacy, Change management, Vendor…).
The role will work in close contact with the Head of HR Technology and Head of People Analytics.
Role and responsibilities
The Project Manager is expected to deliver the following:
Initiation & Planning
Set-up Project governance structure
Align on the total HRIS landscape (HCM, HANA platform…), to ensure no duplications / gaps exist
Define implementation plan including resource requirements
Implementation
Define governance, policy, process and RACI for the different parties involved, including support model after go live
Ensure design of end to end process flows
Organize execution of design and configuration with the vendor and implementation partner (where applicable)
Organize Security, Privacy and compliance deliverables
Organize UAT testing
Organize change communication and training materials
Ensure stakeholder management
Define approach for deployment (phased/big-bang…)
Organize deployment

Hand over documentation and ensure sustain organization is ready to receive the product
Lessons learned
Education and experience
Solid project management experience in HRIS projects for Saas implementation at global level, ideally in the area of (people) analytics
Good knowledge of people analytics
Solid technical background to be able to drive conversation on platform positioning and integrations
Good communication skills, being able to interact at different levels (from senior management to specialists)
Experience in an global environment (EU, Asia, US), having to mediate across different cultures/approaches/practices
Ability to identify and early flag change impact resulting from the project
