Introduction

The ESG ASML Prioritized Initiative ESG has transformed per 19-1-2026 into the ESG Portfolio Category. The ESG Portfolio Category, including multiple programs and projects, will focus on delivery of x-sector capabilities required to achieve ASML ESG goals.

To support the transformation we are currently looking for a professional to support the Program Manager and Product teams of the ESG Portfolio Category

Assignment details

1.1 Planning 

Align with the Program Manager and Product Delivery Managers to provide a plan to support the transformation process.

1.2 Description of deliverables

• The freelancer shall provide the following Deliverables as part of the Services: 

• Investigate and identify opportunities to support the successful transformation of the API ESG into ESG Portfolio Category w.r.t. triple constraint management, KD fit for purpose product readiness assessments, and yearly PID intake for TAP process

• Setup means and methods for Product Delivery Managers for KD fit for purpose products

• Setup means and methods for Product Teams to manage triple constraints and report on progress

• Setup and facilitates knowledge sharing learning sessions with Product Delivery Managers

• Provide both hands on support to roll out the means and methods. Evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions provided

• Provide execution and communication support on Project Initiation Documents for next TAP cycle. Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvements.

1.3 Acceptance of deliverables 

Acceptance of the deliverables will be handled together and in alignment with the Program Manager ESG Portfolio Category.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant fields

• At least 5 years of working experience as PM(O) expert or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment

• Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects

• Experience with MS Project Online or a similar tool

• Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment is preferred

• Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference
