The JDE Supply Chain manages the entire network of goods flows from JDE’s production facilities and/or suppliers to retailers/distributors. The functional scope of the Supply Chain organization, led by the Director of Central Supply Chain, includes customer service, demand planning, warehousing & distribution, initiative management, and central supply chain planning.
Central Supply Chain sets the strategic direction, defines standard operating procedures, ensures compliance with templates, and centrally manages inventory, supply and demand planning, and warehousing & distribution, with local supply chain organizations handling the execution.
The Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic supply chain initiative coordinator to join the supply chain initiative team who can support managers in various projects.
As a coordinator, you will serve as a connecting link for the Supply Chain in cross-category and cross-plant projects to ensure alignment among the various stakeholders involved. You will provide support to the supply chain initiative managers on various projects and will also oversee smaller projects in the areas of packaging waste reduction, NPD launches, adjustments within the JDE portfolio, and digitization.
You will also be responsible for coordinating playbooks for cross-category and cross-plant projects.
The Supply Chain Initiative Co-Ordinator will support Supply Chain Initiative Managers, who are the central point of contact on behalf of Supply Chain for their category(ies). The Supply chain Initiative Co-Ordinator will work with multifunctional project teams, including members from Innovation Delivery (IDM), Central (Material) Planning, Product/Pack R&D, Central Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement and other central and local functions.
The Supply Chain Initiative Co-Ordinator reports to a Supply Chain Initiative Team Lead and is part of the JDE Global Supply Chain organization.
Must have:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a FMCG environment
Degree, with ideally a specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or Economics
Strong analytical skills, including working in Power BI
Proven track record in delivering initiatives and changes within a complex Supply environment
Good communication skills, up to Senior Management Level.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
Helicopter view that translates high complexity into concrete scenarios
Fluent in English
