Freelance Payroll Specialist (ZZP)

Our headquarters are located in the heart of the Eindhoven region, also known as ‘Brainport’, Europe’s top tech hub.

As a payroll specialist, you will be an expert for the highly automated processes for payroll. The payroll specialist makes sure that events that have an impact on the payroll are processed according to local wage tax and social security requirements. The payroll specialist provides service to employees and management based on their knowledge of ASML specific employee benefits content and processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Application management of the ASML payroll system and process.

• Translation of ASML staff guide and other employee-related financial policies into the payroll system.

• Responsible for tier 2 and 3 case management involving ASML employees and managers about payroll, wage tax, and social securities issues.

• Timely, complete and correct execution of the payroll, wage tax returns and social securities requirements.

• Ensure alignment to internal and external customer requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvements initiatives.

• Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.

Requirements:

• HBO or Bachelor's degree in related fields.

• 3 to 7 years in (internationally oriented) comparable positions.

• Experience with SAP HR and Workday.

• Excellent understanding of automated payroll, processes, including how such processes are supported by highly automated solutions.

• Significant knowledge and experience in working as an administrator ("super user") with automated employee financial systems.
