Are you a strong and business driven translator and manager in the field of People Analytics ? Do you like the challenge to make the next step in our People Analytics journey by turning our available insights into action, within both global HR and our core business?
The People Analytics team at FrieslandCampina enables the HR function and the business to make data informed decisions on people related topics. With the creation of insights and by driving the capabilities to use those insights, we contribute to the development and execution of our People Strategy. Within the role of Interim People Analytics Manager you act as translator in multiple business areas (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning, etc.). You will make sure that valuable and up to date insights are available through dashboarding and (advanced) analytical solutions. And it doesn’t stop after creating these insights; you drive the valorization as well, by being a real business partner. Next to this you will functionally lead a team of around 4 specialists.

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT;
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience;

• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Knowledge of HR processes / Data & Analytics;
• Knowledge of the link between data and processes;
• Experience with Excel and/or Business Intelligence tools, preferably PowerBI;
• Experience with leading a (preferably people analytics) team of specialists
• Fluent English (written and spoken), in addition fluent in Dutch is favorable
Vacancy description
• Ensure good stakeholder management by being a good translator;
• Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support (executive) data informed decision making;
• Manage expectations with your internal customer and create a clear analytics roadmap for your responsible areas in cooperation with your stakeholders;
• Lead the people analytics team by driving the agenda and support/coach the people analytics specialists;
• (Guide the) building of sustainable insights and dashboards;
• Depending on your experience, you either work closely together with a Business Intelligence developer to guide the process of the creation of reports and dashboards in PowerBI, or build these reports and dashboards yourself;
• For additional capacity and/or specific knowledge, you connect easily with our external partners for the production of reports, dashboards and advanced analytics projects;
• Connect with our legal and privacy experts to safeguard privacy adherence;
• Drive capability building and valorization of available insights, reports and dashboards
• Build capabilities to empower the HR function with the requisite skills to proficiently utilize dashboards for data informed decision-making;
• Interact with internal clients and end-users of the reports and dashboards to identify areas for further enhancement;
• Act as a business analyst by drawing meaningful conclusions and pro-actively providing actionable recommendations towards HR and business leaders (both project and non-project based).
Team details
The People Analytics team operates within the wider scope of the global Digital HR & Projects department. This team consist of 23 employees in total. You will be part of the People Analytics team (6 employees in total) and report to the Global Head of People Analytics.
