Getting close insights into the fleet business and working closely with the Members of the Athlon Executive Committee (ExCom) is within reach with this part-time job as an Executive Assistant in Schiphol (Hybrid). The role will be in the ExCom Office of Athlon.

Your road to success

You are supporting our CEO and CFO as an Executive Assistant. Creating complexc presentations for employee meetings and shareholder meetings, preparing briefings, taking care of meeting deadlines and tracking the implementation of resolutions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, gaining insights into the fleet business and has the ability to work on several topics simultaneously. We are looking for a highly motivated person who is creative, trustworthy and flexible. 

  • Preparation, support and strategic development of the organization of the Athlon Executive Committee;

  • Stakeholder management and multiplier of the CEO and Executive Committee within the organization;

  • Preparation, implementation and management of all committee-relevant information and draft resolutions;

  • Planning, coordinate and create content for all relevant stakeholder meetings internally, for example, Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, Quarterly Leaders meeting (quarterly), Managing Director/CFO calls (monthly);

  • Prepare documents for all relevant stakeholder meetings;

  • Executive support of the CEO, e. g. preparation of meetings, creating briefings;

  • Cross-hierarchical preparation and coordination of content, timely collection of documents and preparatory briefings, as well as follow-up of meetings;

  • Coordinate, plan and create content for internal employee meetings e. g. for Leadership Meetings, All Member Meetings;

  • Taking minutes and tracking the implementation of resolutions in the Executive Committee;

  • Planning and coordination with internal and external service providers;

  • People & Culture: You support the Executive Committee in developing and implementing people engagement measures (e.g. Lets Talk Culture Sessions and Action Plan creation as follow-up of our employee engagement surveys);

  • Cost planning and control for the CEO office.

Absolutely your organizational sensitivity, planning and organizational skills and your ability to maneuver all levels of a corporate organization. You are flexible and see the people behind the tasks. In addition, you have:

  • A degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences or a comparable course of study;

  • At least 5 years of working experience;

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

  • Connecting people and open mentality, ideally intercultural competencies;

  • Professional handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint;

  • Team-oriented and communicative way of working;

  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working;

  • Organizational talent;

  • Creativity and enjoyment of writing;

  • Reliability and precise work, eye for quality.
