As the Web Analyst you are responsible for analyzing our website’s overall performance. By closely monitoring our KPIs, and working together with our digital development-, commercial-, SEA- and SEO teams, you will strive every day to improve the quantity and quality of our traffic and conversion rate, while decreasing our bounce and exit rates. You will work with a team of analysts on digital forecasting, querying, automation, dashboarding and reporting. You have a crucial role in making the different teams work aligned and synchronized.

  • Tracking and forecasting of wide variety of KPIs (special focus on traffic and conversion rate);

  • Digital forecasting and automation of data flows;

  • In charge of automating reports through the use and creation of dashboards;

  • Weekly and monthly reporting of performance; data visualization and data storytelling;

  • Build action plans based on analysis, assess other teams on implementation. Track performance once implementation is done;

  • Providing input to management about the online performance;

  • Supporting the online growth by providing new insights and actively sharing these with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Be part of the AB testing process, providing valuable insights and hypothesis to test but specially defining the correct metrics and analyzing test results.




Job requirements

  • Ideally 5 years of working experience as a web data analyst/specialist (experience with CRO considered a big plus);

  • HBO/WO Degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent;

  • Experience with SQL is a must (BigQuery is a plus);

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics including custom reporting, complex segmentation, marketing tools connections and their use;

  • Knowledge of dashboarding (PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc);

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager;

  • Knowledge of Python is a plus;

  • Customer focus and data driven;

  • Pro activeness, ownership, willingness to learn;

  • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills;

  • Prioritization and time management skills;

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;

  • Flexible, ability to adapt and work autonomously.
