Freelance Technical Application Manager (ZZP)

The Web Authentication & Authorization Platform (WAAP) team is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Global Portal system which is DAFs authentication and authorization tool for all 40.000+ external users (Dealers/Customers/Suppliers) and 100+ applications. Global Portal serves as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool and supports Single Sign On (SSO) for all applications.

The Technical Application manager is responsible to maintain and support the Plobal Portal Platform (PASS) of PACCAR. You will work closely together with other IT teams, internal customers and suppliers.

To keep the system up and running, criteria related to performance, availability, security and continuity have been defined. On a daily basis you will be responsible a.o. for:

• Periodic monitoring and maintaining the (global portal) platform;

• Supporting the functional application managers;

• Configuring the system;

• Creation of maintenance procedures and documentation;

• Improving the issue detection and move towards proactive monitoring instead of incident handling;

• Incident management, problem management, configuration management, release management and change management.

Due to the nature of the environment you can be requested to participate in the stand-by service.

Requirements:

• Education: HBO

• Affinity with IT applications and processes

• Knowledge of MS servers and databases or willingness to learn

• Knowledge of MS AD structure

• Knowledge of IAM is a pre

• Knowledge of SAML/OIDC is a pre

• Knowledge and experience of network infrastructure is a pre

• Dutch and English proficiency
