People make all the difference. Within COE Talent& Culture team, the Talent Management, Performance & Development team focuses on learning, development, and performance management. We want our employees to be brave to venture into the unknown, try new things and with curiously build a passion for learning. For this team we are looking for a Global Lead Talent Management who helps us build and launch our new people progress approach. The role reports to the VP Talent Mgt, Performance and Development.

  • Design and implement our global people progress approach, talent review process, including talent pools and development tracks

  • Ensure our design is integrated end to end with existing concepts (e.g. performance mgt, rewards, etc)

  • Socializing and reaching alignment with HR LT and other senior stakeholders

  • Change management, engagement and deployment of our people progress approach in the global organization via our HR community

  • Building connection with the network of HR ambassadors, training them on the approach


You'll bring:

  • Motivation letter based on the requirements

  • 10-15 years experience in relevant domain and large matrix organizations

  • Strategic shaper with a hands-on approach, ready to dive in and execute.

  • Expert in global talent processes, from reviews to succession and development.

  • Skilled in aligning HR initiatives with performance and rewards for lifecycle coherence.

  • Strong in stakeholder relationships; effective at securing buy-in and navigating complexity.

  • Change leader with a focus on global engagement, adoption, and execution.

  • Experienced in launching scalable HR programs across cultures and markets.

  • Persuasive communicator, able to simplify concepts, align stakeholders, and drive action

  • High level of proficiency in English for effective communication, training, and collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.

  • You can work from the Netherlands, from Europe or the USA
