Freelance Sr. Project Manager Innovation (ZZP)

As a Senior Project Manager in Innovation Engineering, you are responsible for setting up successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects across Philips Businesses and Functions. Leveraging your expertise in project management and your understanding of the healthcare quality and regulatory standards, you will drive cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. The projects that you will lead span across a range of disciplines such as software, hardware, supply management, IFU development, supply chain management, norm and regulatory approval, industrialization and submission for approval by notified bodies. industrialization services.

The projects intend to bring medical devices or applications to market and requires strong focus on quality, safety and QMS adherence. Support Innovation Engineering Leadership Team by contributing to executive reporting and KPI tracking. Provide support in strategic resource planning and headcount tracking. Collect and compile data for analysis, including performance metrics, and process improvement opportunities. Support in cross-departmental standardization efforts to improve operational excellence. Managing Teams environments, Sharepoint and other documentation practices for the Innovation Engineering organization You will report into the Innovation Realization Group Leader, and you are part of the Innovation Project Management department, a group of approximately 30 senior project managers with a broad set of project management competences.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Master's degree in a relevant field;

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on innovation realization in the healthcare sector;

• Proven success in leading complex projects from initiation to market introduction with multi-site teams;

• Extensive experience in executing Product Development Launch & Maintenance, Modify Launched Design projects. Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is required;

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

• Data driven mindset, ability to turn data into insights and structure information to present to leadership.
