Freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (ZZP)

The Bose Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global talent acquisition team. This person will play a key role in driving recruiting strategies, scalable processes, and act as the subject matter expert for all talent acquisition needs in the region. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and other cross functional partners to drive innovative talent acquisition solutions within the region.

• Full cycle recruiting that includes meeting with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build an effective recruiting strategy, and set/manage clear process and delivery expectations

• Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders

• Act as trusted partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers, HR Managers and HR Business Partners by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market

• Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals,  and networking events

• Ensure a positive candidate experience

• Manage overall data integrity within the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical and non-technical recruitment experience

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required

• You are currently based and eligible to work in the Netherlands

• This is a hybrid role and you are expected to work from our Purmerend office 3 days a week
