Freelance Senior Risk Specialist (ZZP)
Our organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager/Project Lead to lead the implementation and embedding of new risk management tooling (Teammate) required by our mother company.
A new way of working and mindset on Intern Control is required – to simplify the complexity and overburden controls we currently have in the organization. The implementation of the Group Risk Tool will help us to achieve a simplified way of compliance to group policies, improve collaboration between organizational units and improve the maturity and impact of processes and governance on risk management.
We are looking for a hands-on Project Lead with the ability to think strategically and apply a change management on Internal Control. It requires from the Project Lead that the person is hands-on and has an understanding of how risk management need to be embedded within the organization. The project impact the organizations as a whole, which requires stakeholder management in a complex organization with different risk maturity levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of new risk management tools and methodologies within the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration of risk management frameworks into existing processes and operations.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to align on expectations, commitment and involvement in the Project.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance risk awareness and competency across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience in Program Management, Change management and Risk Management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key decision-makers.
• Hands-on and ability to jump in content discussion of risk management, with a focus on implementation and operational integration.
• Strong background in developing and embedding risk management tools and methodologies in large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational change.
• Experience in change management and process improvement related to risk functions.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive organizational change.
