Job description
The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful implementation of a contract lifecycle management solution within our organization. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure that the project is completed within the given timeframe and budget. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure that the project meets the organization's needs and expectations.
Successfully implement a contract lifecycle management solution within the given timeframe and budget.
Accountable for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project from start to finish.
Responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project resources, budget, and timeline, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Lead project meeting, including chair meetings, manage minutes and documents as well as action plan and follow-ups actions.
Secure close collaboration and partnering with project owner (Legal Department)
Set-up clear communication channels with stakeholders, including Steer-Co, workstream, market representatives, to keep them informed of project progress and changes.
Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan - in collaboration with workstream and implementation partner - to mitigate and address issues that may arise during the implementation process
Secure that feedback and comments from relevant internal SMEs outside workstream (e.g. internal audit, compliance team, finance) are captured and discussed within by workstream.
Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within allocated financial resources.
Oversee engagement with vendors (license partner and implementation partner), their activities and ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
Secure quality control processes are followed to ensure the contract management solution meets specified quality standards and functional requirements.
Manage testing phases, including user acceptance testing, and coordinate the deployment of the contract management solution to production environments.
Work with workstream and implementation partner to develop a change management strategy to facilitate user adoption of the new contract management system, including training and support for endusers.
Job requirements
At least 5 years qualified experience, including experience implementation enterprise solutions and IT solutions.
Strong attention to deadline, budgetary guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of an organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Excellent in the English language
IT savvy
