As an experienced Privacy Officer (PO), you don’t just advise on day-to-day questions; you are a strategic partner for commercial and functional leaders. You manage privacy risks, embed privacy-by-design into the heart of our operations, and accelerate compliant growth.

In this pivotal role, you align privacy initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring data protection is a cornerstone of our decision-making. You co-lead incident preparedness, drive the maturity of our privacy framework, and report directly to the Director of Compliance & Business Ethics. You are the bridge between complex regulations like the GDPR and the operational excellence of a global leader in aviation.

To succeed as our Senior Privacy Officer, you bring the following success factors to the table:

• At least 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically as a CPO or Privacy Program leader.

• In-depth knowledge of national and international privacy laws, including GDPR and EU-specific data protection legislation.

• Proven experience in developing and supervising comprehensive privacy programs and frameworks.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence others and foster a culture of privacy.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate privacy strategies clearly to various stakeholders and senior management.
