Role and responsibilities:
The Senior Internal Communications (IC) manager will provide communications consultation and hands-on support to the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector (~50%) and support other topics or stakeholders within the IC team.
Within BPI you will work closely with a small team of change communication professionals that are tasked to support the deployment of key ASML Prioritized Initiatives (APIs). The team has a functional connection to internal communications.
In general:
Consultation involves advice and guidance on communications strategies and tactics. You demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and translate them into communications goals, creating strategic, outcomes-focused, measurable communications plans.
Support involves being responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering (strategic) internal communications initiatives, and creating relevant communications content (e.g. written communication, talking points, scripts, presentations).
BPI:
Further develop and execute the communications strategy and detailed plan for across ASML communication together with the communication team.
Further develop and execute a convincing and engaging content strategy
Coach the team with the regards to design and implementation of communications vehicles and messaging, which support the objective of BPI and the APIs.
Closely align with other Internal Communications business partners and change managers on timing and impact of communications within the business sectors.
You will report to the head of the (internal) communications teams supporting many of our business sectors and major corporate programs.
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 10 years’ experience from an international environment. You have a proven track record in setting up and executing communications strategy for large scale transformations in a complex business, multiple stakeholder environment.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
10+ years relevant experience in internal and/or corporate communications
Advanced English skills (C1 or higher)
