Freelance Senior HR Business Partner (ZZP)
Role and responsibilities
As Senior HR Business Partner for BL applications you will work together with the management team and will directly support them, e.g. by implementing HR strategies, ensuring aligned execution of corporate processes and aligning with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in further developing the team, the organization and its leadership. Furthermore, you will help them in setting up a future proof organization which is ready for the expected growth towards 2030. Both from an organizational development and change management perspective.
Responsible for all facets of HR & Organization;
Independent in advising the senior management / departmental managers and management team members on HR topics and driving the HR agenda;
Facilitates PWC Management Team & Leadership Development;
Drives long term people agenda in the business, translates business goals towards HR, makes improvements and delegates or implements these in the business;
Coordinates HR operation and projects across and within PWC;
Pro-actively advises with regards to workforce management, talent management and engagement;
Drives improvements in HR tooling & processes.
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in relevant study (e.g. HRM or Business Administration);
You have 5-9 years of experience as HRBP preferably in a complex technology company and have proven yourself as a partner to the business. You bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation. Affinity with People development and experience with transformation and organizational change are a preference.

Driving and contributing to HR&O priorities (e.g. leadership development, culture & values, HR transformation) within and outside own direct scope;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; open, accessible and transparent, able to build strong relationships on all levels in organization;
Ability to coach (senior) leaders and facilitate team development;
Ability to deal with ambiguity. Balances interest of sector needs and corporate views and programs;
Ability to drive transformation & change;
Fluent in English.
