Freelance Senior Consumer Marketing Manager (ZZP)
As Senior Consumer Marketing Manager Brush heads, you will be responsible for developing product and commercial innovation in the oral health care domain, contribute to long-term strategic planning and deliver business results by executing the brush heads category growth model in collaboration with key regional and market teams around the Globe.
Specifically, you will:
Drive the definition, development and introduction of new oral health care propositions that bring our consumers superior performance and product experience.
Translate in-depth market, consumer, dental professional and shopper insights into winning concepts to design strategic product roadmaps that uniquely address the needs of consumers.
Deliver innovation to the market via executing the innovation product development process end-to-end, from idea to creating a business case, to product introduction.
Create and drive dedicated commercial strategies for the product portfolio to win with consumers and shoppers in the regions. Define go-to-market requirements to play and win, including defining NPI criteria for launch, prepare and design launch and GTM plan with regions. Create marketing and shopper toolkits and trade decks to support the launches in key global markets.
Ensure the delivery of maximum value of the product portfolio, driving strategic choices, enablers required to deliver targets and securing the right levels of investments.
Monitor competitive commercial and promotional landscape, revise strategy when needed and establish competitive plans to continue to drive business category growth. Drive new business development within business category (portfolio, market, channel, retailer).
Requirements:
Preferably MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (e.g., business/strategic marketing, economics)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in an international business environment, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Experience in oral health care is highly preferred.
Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets, in a matrix/complex organization.
Strong experience with value proposition creation and new product introduction.
Demonstrated strong focus on designing successful go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand consumer insights.
Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving.
Strong in communication: ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams and create network within the organization globally.
Self-driven and entrepreneurial personality with good commercial understanding and a proven track record of getting things done.
Business fluency in English (written & verbal)
