Business Context:


As a top priority for Danone Board (COMEX) and a powerful growth engine for Specialized Nutrition and Danone, Adult Medical Nutrition is on the verge of significant transformation. This role will support driving a shift from an HCP-led strategy to a dynamic, full-ecosystem approach that follows the entire patient journey. Focused on digital transformation and cutting-edge platform development, this role will spearhead integrated communication strategies that engage both HCPs and patients with impact.


Mission:


Ignite category growth through innovative, insight-driven brand platforms that resonate with HCPs and patients. Develop consumer-first communication strategies and empower country business units with a playbook for impactful content and campaign execution, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all markets.

Drive market penetration and double business impact in targeted therapeutic areas within three years.

Main Responsibilities:


• Impact on Business Results: Drive market penetration and double business impact in targeted therapeutic areas within three years.

• Partner with global and local teams to bring tailored, relevant content to life in each market, building stronger connections with HCPs and patients in Therapeutic Areas such as Cancer Care and Frail Elderly Care.

• Lead “Glocal” (Global + Local) content production, deploying precisely-timed content to engage HCPs and patients across priority health areas.

• Leverage data-driven insights for relevant, prioritized content that speaks directly to target audiences.

• Lead Fortimel New Visual Identity Implementation in EU and give advice on brand positioning/Visual Identity to markets like AMEA and Brazil.

• Agency Collaboration: Co-create with top agency partners, ensuring consistent, high-impact campaigns that elevate brand presence and resonate across channels.

Key Deliverables (Period Mat Cover):


• New Visual Identity Implementation.

• Cancer Care Campaign Production, Deployment & Toolkit.

• Frail Elderly Care Platform Campaign Strategy & Extension Approach for HCP/Patient & Carer.


Education & Experience:


• Education: Master’s degree in Business or related field.

• Experience: 8+ years in healthcare and consumer industries, with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, project execution and market impact.
