Yunex Gmbh is 25% Shareholder in Traingle B.V.

Triangle B.V. runs the Truck tolling project in the Netherlands (https://www.vrachtwagenheffing.nl/ )

For the distribution of the On Board Units (OBU) within the Netherlands at some 80 locations, Triangle have contracted a parcell wall provider.

For the OBU distribution at 10 locations just across the border in Belgium as well as Germany, Triangle is in need of a “sales” person that:

• Identifies potential OBU distribution locations across the border (both permanent locations as well as temporary pop-up locations around the “Go Live” period (~Dec 2025 to March 2026);

• Makes contact with the location holders;

• Presents the benefits of being an OBU distributer (potential of new customers in the shop);

• Explains the implications of being an OBU distributer in terms of;

• Required space for the OBU parcel wall,

• Required power supply,

• Required Truck parking space,

• Prepares documentation to obtain customer (RDW) approval for each location (in support of the Triangle Project Manager towards the RDW);

• Negotiates the contract with the location holder (supported by Triangle Contract Manager);

• Expedites the contract until signed by all parties;

Requirements:

• Speaks both Dutch and English (German may come handy);

• Knowledge of rest area (rust/stopplaats) market and charging stations (laadpalen)

• Triangle needs this “sales” person soon.

• Driver´s licence

A driving license is required, and a rental car can be arranged. Preference is given to candidates with experience in charging stations. Triangle Project B.V. acts as the Main Service Provider (HDA) for the Truck Toll System (VWH), which will be implemented in the Netherlands soon. The HDA is responsible for accurate registration of truck movements, toll collection, management of onboard equipment, data collection, invoicing, and customer support. • Triangle BV needs a small device to register for road usage in the Netherlands, from which tolls are charged.

• There are 80 locations in the Netherlands and Belgium (including petrol stations), with 10 permanent locations in Belgium and Germany.

• Temporary locations are needed to start the project.

• Contact must be made with petrol stations and parking areas to set up locations.

• A salesperson is needed to handle outreach, negotiations, and securing contracts—no need to create contracts themselves.

• The salesperson should be proactive and not afraid of cold calling.

• The salesperson will locate and visit potential sites, negotiating contracts; the process takes about 20 minutes per assignment.

• The project is similar to installing charging stations at petrol stations—an innovative approach.

• It is advantageous if the person speaks German.

• Locations should be near the Belgian or German borders.

• The office is in Utrecht; visits are approximately once every two weeks (not mandatory).
