Freelance Quality Support Engineer (ZZP)

You will be providing Quality Engineering Support for all the projects (NPI, LCMs) which are executed as part of RFC Systems Business, ensuring right Quality and compliance are met in each of the phases within the project.

Systems Business comprises of a Product (example : Food recipes), Package (Plastic Injection molded parts and package), Appliance (example any coffee machines, dispensers etc.)

Job Description:

• Quality Engineering support for all the projects ensuring Quality Elements and Compliance are met in each of the phases within the project.

• Own the deliverables related to Quality in all the projects &Execute all the actions related to Quality within the project.

• Collaborate and Own the Risk Assessments for the projects and define together with Cross Functional Team on Critical to Quality Parameters impacting the

product.

• Own Verification and Validation activities and approve when needed.

• Create comprehensive Quality Plan, Quality Agreements and Data when needed with suppliers (internal and external)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define what Quality is needed in each of the deliverables and execute PPAP, Audits where needed with manufacturers.

• Conduct Trainings as needed and act as change element to implement structure which is needed for Business .

• Strong knowledge on managing the CE compliance and Quality Elements of QMS such as ISO 9001.

• Occasional Travel is required with this profile to visit Suppliers, Manufacturers etc.

Core competence requirements rating (the major quality management areas in given

business):

1. Systems.

2. Engineering, CE regulated appliances or sub-systems and food industry.

3. Plastics (pro).

4. Food (pro).

Required experience:

• Experience in managing or/and setting quality in Systems businesses.

• Proven relevant (7y+) experiences in integral quality management (ISO 9001, 15288)

• Proven relevant (5y+) experiences and knowledge in systems quality management.

• Proven track record in designing and introducing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 15288)

• Proven relevant (5y+) QA experiences in appliances, complex plastic sub-systems or mechatronics.

• In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary Project Management
