QA Specialist External Manufacturing Strategic Partnerships

The Global Supply Chain produces and sources a wide range of Dairy and plant-based products. The QA specialist External Manufacturing is part of the Strategic Partnerships team. The purpose of the department is to assure the product quality at our key external manufacture partners that process our dairy and dairy products on behalf of FrieslandCampina. You ensure that the performance of the external manufactures is in line with our agreements and commercial needs and that you ensure we have a fit for purpose portfolio that has high quality and fully compliance with rules and regulations. 

The QA specialist External Manufacturing is responsible for several Partners where you managed the quality process E2E. Your key responsibility is to execute control quality and to deploy projects to improve quality at our Partners. 

Your main tasks & responsibilities will be:

* Manage, follow up and report the Quality performance of our Partners

* Maintain QA relationship with our key Partners

* Initiate and drive Quality improvement project with Partners to reduce complaints, failure cost, improve product quality and processes.

* Manage claim and crisis management within Strategic Partnerships department 

* Participate projects to implement new Partners, new products and new route to markets.

* Create alignment between our Partnerships Quality capabilities and our Customer Quality needs.

*SafeFood op orde brengen. Alle SP EM partijen in SafeFood, updaten audits en rapportages, audit overzicht maken.

*Uitvoeren van audits bij minder kritische EM partijen.

*Andere meer back-office support taken die wij hem/haar kunnen toeschuiven om tijd bij onszelf vrij te maken.

*Alignment customer export and registration requirements with suppliers

*Build shelf-life RACI with Commercial

Requirements:

* MSc Degree in Supply Chain/ Food Technology

* 5+ years Food Quality experience

* Experienced in using ERP/ planning systems (SAP)

* Self-starter / growth mindset

* Experienced in implementing and structuring processes in a fast-growing business

* Strong (commercial) and analytical skills

* Excellent relationship management skills

* Drive, flexibility, focus, result driven and decisiveness

* Pro-active and good business judgement

* Ability to act in different cultures and in an international setting

* Adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers

* Fluency in Dutch and English
