Freelance Project Manager Compensation & Benefits (ZZP)
We are searching for a project manager to plan, organize, follow up and ensure the E2E project execution of the Job architecture and the Sales incentive plan for Vanderlande. In this role, you will plan and develop the required processes for the two main projects for the Total Rewards function, but your most important role is to help with the change management with the business leaders and employees in implementing changes / improvements.
To ensure success as a project manager, you are a skilled communicator and facilitator and have experience organizing complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders. Your main focus areas are scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, stakeholder management, resource management, communication and project integration.
In this role, you report directly to our Director of Total Rewards, but at the same time are located close the front line with project members and some of the business leaders.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Job Architecture project:
Planning, organizing, and overseeing Job Architecture FY25 phase for the Career Navigator from start to finish.
Within the high-level defined scope, ensuring a clear project plan in alignment with expectations and business & HR stakeholders.
Support with the decision making on some more detailed design criteria on the scope and design of the job architecture (incl job profiles) and workday implementation.
Ensuring allocating of time from critical stakeholders and coordinating team members.
Monitoring progress and managing changes.
Stakeholder management with executive (incl. board) with stakeholders and reporting on project status.
Identifying and resolving issues or risks. Actively using escalation paths where needed
Ensuring project objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
Documenting project progress and lessons learned for future improvement.
Sales incentive plan (SIP):
Planning, organizing, and overseeing SIP phase for the shadow pilot and the execution phase from start to finish.
Within the high-level defined scope, ensuring a clear project plan in alignment with expectations and business & HR stakeholders.
Support with the decision making on some more detailed design criteria if needed on the scope and design and workday implementation.
Ensuring allocating of time from critical stakeholders and coordinating team members.

Profile:
English CV and motivationletter (based on all the requirements)
Bachelor or master’s Degree in business admin, management, human resources, engineering, information technology
Proven experience in effectively working with executive stakeholders
You bring a minimum of ten years experience in project management and change management with an operational or business environment
Experience with Job architecture and bonus plan design or alike HR projects
Experience in a global environment
IT (Workday) implementations, planning and execution.
