Are you a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a passion for FMCG and brand innovation? This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-impact innovation and renovation projects for some of our most beloved brands.
What You Will Do:
As the Project Manager for the Dairy segment, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of our Innovation & Renovation project pipeline. This includes:
Project Leadership: Leading the end-to-end execution of product launch projects, focusing on implementing key global and EU initiatives specifically for the Benelux market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as the central point of contact and lead facilitator, working closely with key stakeholders across various functions, including Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Research & Development (R&D).
Stakeholder Management: Ensuring clear communication and alignment across all departments to keep projects on track, on time, and within scope.
Operational Oversight: Contributing to the coordination of marketing and logistic operations aspects of the project launches.
Team Integration: Embedding quickly into our Benelux Dairy team and taking ownership of multiple ongoing projects from day one.
This is a temporary position covering a sabbatical for 4 to 4.5 months. You will be joining our multicultural Benelux team, where the primary working language is English.
Requierements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role.
FMCG Expertise: Proven experience with product launches and project management within the FMCG industry is essential.
Brand Affinity: A strong affinity for consumer Brands and an understanding of the pace and dynamics of the sector.
Communication: Fluency in English (a must), as it is the official working language of our multinational team.
Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Experience or a good understanding of Marketing and/or Logistic operations is a significant plus.
Availability: Ability to commit to the full 4-4.5 month temporary contract starting soon. Given this is a replacement role, we're ideally looking for someone to start no later than early November.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work model. While we encourage a minimum of one day per week in the office to connect with the team, Tuesdays and Thursdays are designated as our team days to maximize collaboration.
