Freelance Project Management Officer (global program manager) (ZZP)
Not just a PMO role but more like a Program Manager Global.
Together with a very senior team you will develop and coordinate key global procurement activities for a 1.7B spend. Trough this team you will support the full ODM and Market Cluster (120 people globally). We are looking for someone to drive continuous improvement challenging status quo and proposing creative options to the internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. End to End initiatives; The candidate will drive, through his team, specific 3 to 9 months projects, with clear deliverables. Eg ensure compliance/Quality training, Propose distribution model alternatives for 3rd parties through the factories and in the markets or define specific partnership on software.
2. 3rd party portfolio management; The candidate will, though project leaders, drive the recurring spend increase through a catalogue deployed Globally in the Markets. He/she will propose adequate IT development in order to improve the catalogue coverage when needed. He will work hand on hand with the Cluster team to enrich our 3rd party portfolio, generating additional revenue and / or EBIT. His team will ensure the full compliance of the portfolio management.
3. Performance management; The candidate will monitor, along with an analyst and project leader the reporting for the core financials and non financials KPI's for the Cluster (eg savings, quality, delivery, contracts, sustainability). He/she will synchronize the main reporting activity together with Finance, Material Management or the Quality team. In this aim, you will build deep expertise in your team on tools and processes to champion and cascade/support the full Cluster Globally.
Requirements:
Master degree, Business/economics preferred
ideally minimum of 10 years of Procurement experience, for the production or after sales
A proven track record in Project management
Healthcare industry or high regulatory / Low volume-high mix Industry preferred
Helpful to got minimum of 3 years of People Management (Hire, Coach, develop, Train)
Experience in Global roles and matrix environment
Structured and well organized
Tools and processes experience
Strong can/do attitude and curiosity
Proven fast execution experience, as an individual and through a Team
Strong communication/presentation skills
