Freelance Program Manager Society & Community Engagement (ZZP)

You will join the Society & Community Engagement department and report to the Global Head of Attractive & Community Engagement. Your main focus will be managing the program Inclusive Communities.

Your main responsibilities are: 

• Development and implementation of the Social Cohesion & Impact strategy for internal- and external stakeholders, including the communication protocol, recurring communication, and milestone events; 

• Connecting with the different parts of ASML to ensure all elements are managed as one program driving our agenda; 

• Define and implement structural improvement with all stakeholders for Social Cohesion & Impact current and new programs/partnerships. Build the collaboration needed to deliver the strategy; 

• Create insight in process and progress of the Social agenda; 

• Pro-actively contribute to Society & Community Engagement as a whole and deployment within ASML. 

• Be the owner of existing and new partnerships and projects in the field of attractive and inclusive communities. It will be your responsibility to work on the strategy and find and implement new partnerships mainly in the Brainport Region. 

Must Haves:

• Master degree;

• Consultancy / Business background;

• 8+ years of experience in project- and program management with a proven track record to lead in complex environment; 

• Good understanding and experience a multinational organization; 

• Preferably experience with setting up partnerships within the sports environment, Setting up sponsor programs, setting up new partnerships and maintain and support existing partnerships. Working with and/or within Global and Dutch partners (Brainport);

• Experience in change management and communication needs of transformation projects; 

• Preferably experience with ESG in a complex environment;

• Dutch and English is a must.
