Introduction

At ASML we invent, develop and manufacture world-leading high tech lithography machines for our chip making customers. These tailor-made machines can image billions of structures in a few seconds with an accuracy of a few silicon atoms. The People Analytics department at ASML unlocks the potential of our workforce data to drive evidence-based decision making in HR and the business. We generate insights by enriching people data from different input sources and connecting these dots using appropriate ‘insights methodology’.

Job Mission

As part of the HR ART, our agile release train for HR technology, there is a team working on integrating HR data from our main HR systems (Workday as our HCM) towards HANA Cloud.

Having our HR data in an accurate and reliable way in our central data warehouse serves many purposes, two main purposes are:

• Availability of Trusted Data Sets, making sure that both HR and the business is working with one single source of truth.

• Calculation of our ESG (CSRD) metrics.

We’re looking for a (temporary) product owner for this team. In this role you will:

• Calibrate the product vision if and when required, ensuring alignment between the initiatives ongoing in People Analytics and the larger HR agile release train.

• Liaise with internal customers within the HR organization to understand and prioritize needs.

• Create and maintain the product backlog (features and stories) in Jira in close collaboration with the Dev/Ops team (developers, scrum master and architect).

• Coordinate with relevant departments on topics like Privacy, Security and Compliance if and when required.

• Monitor and reports on progress to value stream and management.

• Provide feedback to the team on progress and output.

• Collaborate / Align with communities in the wider ASML organization, for instance the Big Data & Analytics domain.
