Freelance Product Owner Cyber Security (ZZP)

As a Product Owner you’ll have a strategic role in the Cyber Defence grid.

You have a vision on the team’s road ahead and will be able to translate that into a comprehensive roadmap for future development of products and services. Your experience with working as a Product Owner in an agile environment is evident and will help you drive the team forward.

In order to meet these challenges, you keep yourself up to date on the latest developments in cybersecurity and third party risk. Sharing your knowledge with colleagues and peers comes naturally to you.

With the following results:

you will ensure that the SCS team can execute their tasks; to manage, monitor and report on the performance and the status of the security posture of our partners both on operational and tactical levels.

Must have:

• Good understanding of third party risks.

• Experience with Product Ownership in an agile working environment.

• Experience with setting team priorities, managing backlogs and product sprints.

• Helicopter view and execution power (willing to finish and deliver)

• Excellent in stakeholder management.

• Excellent communications skills.

• Teamplayer, working with people from different countries and nationalities

• An EU working permit

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of vendor security risk assessments.

• Good understanding of international standards and industry best practises on information security, like ISO27001/NIST etc

• Knowledge on regulatory requirements regarding third parties (DORA/EBA)

• Understanding of and experience with working in complex IT environments. Background in cyber security and/or relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP
