Freelance Product owner (ZZP)
At our organization, “customers” means both the people buying products and the partners who sell on our platform. As our Product Manager of delivery, your mission is to make life easier for both.
For end customers, you’ll craft delivery experiences that are fast, reliable, and flexible—think real-time tracking, same-day delivery, and smooth returns. For our selling partners, you’ll develop solutions that simplify fulfillment, help them meet delivery promises, and allow them to grow their businesses effortlessly.

Balancing diverse needs in a complex logistical ecosystem. Sellers need tools and processes to fulfill orders efficiently; carriers need systems that seamlessly integrate with theirs; and end customers demand a flawless delivery experience.
Your job is to connect these dots. You’ll need to navigate carrier constraints, partner requirements, and customer expectations—all while ensuring scalability, reliability, and profitability. Add to that the dynamic nature of e-commerce, and you’ve got a challenge worthy of a pro.
Tasks
•Design solutions for customers and partners: Create a delivery experience that delights end customers and empowers sellers, balancing both needs on the same platform that will contribute to create business value.
•Ensure optimal execution: Work directly with a team of engineers, analysts and logistics process engineers to ensure smooth execution of the top priorities
•Data-driven decision-making: Use insights and design experiments aimed a validating your hypothesis
•Align stakeholders: Work closely with operations, tech teams, logistic strategy and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

You’re a people person with a knack for building relationships, from tech teams to tough-to-crack carriers.
Must have:
At least 3-5 years experience as Product Owner
Experience in working with Jira backlog and BigQuery
