Freelance Product Designer (ZZP)

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join us in shaping a complex CRM tool. This is a UX-heavy role focused on simplifying user flows and enhancing interaction patterns while working within existing UI constraints from a Saas tooling (Microsoft Dynamics).

You will work together with a Senior designer, Product Manager and enginering team.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize and refine navigation for consistency and ease-of-use.

• Prototype and test in real-time with internal users, iterating to find the optimal design solution that enhances adoption and improves the overall experience of the CRM tool.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a simple, high-value experience for end users.

• Focus on finding the right configurations within an existing SaaS tool to solve user problems, rather than designing solutions from scratch.

• Embrace complexity, and focus on making the tool intuitive with a "Keep It Simple" approach.

You will work together with a Senior designer, Product Manager and enginering team (especialized in Backend enginering en Microsoft Dynamics).
