Freelance Process & Project Enabler V (ZZP)
Assignment context and description of activities
As a Project Manager / Process and Project Enabler, you are part of a team of 4, managing 2 or 3 entities each to create high level solutioning and implementation plans to adopt EPR data. There is shared PMO support to help you in documenting your outcomes. You report to the Saga Integrator, Product owner of Enterprise Party Reference (EPR) and program PMO.
The way of working with the entities needs to be aligned with the team, in order to ensure consistency in the solutioning and implementation plan reporting. As a team, you determine the template and identify areas where efficiency can be improved to come to the solutions and plans before the end of the year (2024).
Towards ‘your’ entities you are able to take the lead. Despite the wide variety of activities and topics, you quickly grasp the content yet maintain a clear overview. You discuss progress and involve relevant stakeholders to get to sign off of your design and planning.
Requirements:
-The candidate must have multiple years of experience running two or more sub-projects at a time, with a complex IT landscape and stakeholders field.
-The candidate has the organisational sensitivity to understand the relationship between Local entities and central solutions (Headquarters) as well as understanding of cultural differences.
-The candidate is fluent in English, spoken and in writing, Dutch is a must too.
-Creation of documentation (solution intents, implementation plans) must be of the highest level, so excellent writing- and MS office skills are a must.
-Recent experience in a bank is a must
