Freelance Payroll Specialist (ZZP)

MISSION:
This role will execute payroll activities in the Netherlands for different type of employees. Various (ad hoc) activities need to be processed to pay SABIC employees timely and accurately. This role will have discretion and autonomy necessary. This will require good knowledge of Dutch payroll regulations and processes.
What does the team look like: 1 manager 3 direct colleagues and close collaboration with HR service center
Other work locations possible: No BoZ is preferred
Is remote working an option? If yes, how many days: Yes possible, however at start assignment it is expected to work in the office BoZ for proper transfer of work.
Flexibility in working hours: 40 is requested
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute payrolls for multiple entities in the Netherlands
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and time and attendance
• Execute all mass uploads for payroll (Bonuses, CLA changes, merits, etc.)
• Work closely with other payroll specialist and HR Service Center for master data reconciliation and corporate with Finance for payroll accounting reconciliation
• Execute international mobility actions like cross border worker administration for Belgium, 30% regulation, hypotax
• Execute pension reports, pension payments
• Support data requests from HR, Finance , SBU's etc. for analysis of C&B costs
MINIMUM:
HBO work and knowledge is desired and minimum diploma on vocational level and or PDL certificate is a plus
3 to 4 year experience as a responsible payroll specialist
Fluent Dutch and English language in word and writing
Knowledge of Dutch labour law, tax and social insurance regulations
SAP experience preferred
DESIRABLE:
• Experience with ADP systems (Streamline) preferred
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills including V-lookup and Pivot table
• Customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Ability to maintain a strong attention to detail
