Freelance Payroll Manager (ZZP)

As a Payroll Manager at DLL, you will lead and coordinate the Payroll Support team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for the Netherlands. You will oversee daily operations, maintain compliance with CAO, labor conditions, and fiscal regulations, and manage relationships with vendors and pension funds. Your role will also involve designing and improving payroll processes, serving as the primary contact for audits and other controlling bodies, and applying international mobility aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functionally lead and coordinate the activities of the Payroll Support team.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure deadlines are met.

• Actively participate in payroll tasks while holding ultimate responsibility for payroll execution in the Netherlands.

• Lead and manage Payroll Administrators.

• Apply and configure CAO, labor conditions, and fiscal regulations.

• Maintain direct contact with vendors and pension funds.

• Ensure integration between the payroll system and other systems.

• Design and improve processes within the functional discipline.

• Serve as the point of contact for audits, accountants, and other controlling bodies.

• Apply international mobility aspects.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients.

• Plan and oversee the completion of tasks and deadlines.

Must haves (clearly mention them in CV or motivation):

• HBO degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in payroll administration.

• Strong knowledge of international payroll and e-HRM.

• Excellent understanding of international tax legislation and social administration/laws.

• Proficient in payroll processes, payroll systems, and interfaces.

• Good knowledge of pensions and pension administration.

• Above-average proficiency in Excel.

• Strong numerical skills.

• Analytical skills.
