You are responsible for:


  • Provide ongoing support in the development and maintenance of the Health Systems Marketing Process Framework, including visual process diagrams, workflows, and other documentation.

  • Ensure all process documentation is on brand, up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

  • Implement best practices and ensure consistency in how workflows are documented and communicated.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process documentation and co-create workflows and resources to support global marketing efforts. Team up with stakeholders (Businesses and Regions) and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to co-create resources intended to guide them in executing processes, standards, and improved ways of working.

  • Work closely with Marketing CoEs to understand and document their centrally defined ways of working (including workflows, tools, KPIs, and compliance requirements). Drive marketing process excellence, process maintenance, and ongoing enhancements within the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF).

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to enable smooth end-to-end execution.

  • Support in the development of training materials and guides intended to onboard new team members and align on current ways of working.

  • Train marketing team members on new and updated processes.

  • Communicate changes and updates effectively across the marketing organization. Manage projects, programs, and initiatives related to process improvement and documentation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables, including by developing a delivery calendar.

  • Track and report on the progress of project deliverables and status updates.

  • Liaise with Quality and Compliance partners to ensure that the appropriate compliance requirements are embedded into the global processes. Ensure that all process documentation meets high standards of quality, consistency, and clarity.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy, relevance, maintenance and continuous improvement.

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continually improve documentation.



KPI’s:


  • Create and maintain workflows across five marketing disciplines

  • Update and maintain five Level-3 marketing processes within the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)

  • Drive Marketing Excellence projects (strategic priorities) and improvements

  • Enable simple, harmonized, and optimized marketing ways of working

  • Drive integration and alignment across various marketing capabilities

  • Track NPS and user feedback.

  • Leverage feedback to continuously improve.



You will be part of the Marketing Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE) in which you will report into the Strategic Marketing Operations Lead. The CoE has a global remit, supporting Businesses and Regions across the globe to accelerate our marketing capabilities as a company.

To succeed in this role:


  • You will need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Experience in marketing operations, process management, or a related role

  • Strong skills in process mapping and creating visual workflows.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio or similar diagramming software.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the regions, cross businesses, and cross functions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with various marketing functions and processes.



This role is critical to keep developing, maintaining and supporting the HS Marketing Process Framework. Today we do not have the capacity to continue these activities.
