Your Role:

As a Marketing Communication Manager, you'll be managing and supporting various initiatives that contribute to our integrated marketing communications journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and master our the end-to-end process, from insights to execution, and be part of how global campaigns come to life. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Content Development: managing and assisting with the creation and organization of global master content assets and campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand positioning and content strategy.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Briefing and contributing to research to inform communication strategies and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Campaign Support: Helping to track and analyze campaign performance, contributing to reports on creative effectiveness.

  • Project Coordination: Assisting with the overall marcomms project delivery and calendar, ensuring timely execution of tasks, shoot preparation and budget coordination.

  • Agency Collaboration: managing relationships with creative agencies, including creation of materials and presentations.

  • Asset Management: brief content for various platforms (paid, owned, earned media), upload to our DAM and create toolkits for sharing.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and stakeholder management: Working with various internal teams (e.g., consumer marketing management, media, operations, CRM, regional teams) to ensure consistency and alignment in communications.

  • Learning & Development: Actively participating in team meetings, contributing ideas, and seeking out opportunities to learn about marketing communication excellence.

3 to 5 days at the office: location: Amsterdam


Requirements:


  • You have a Batchelor and/or master degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You have min 5 years of experience in global marketing, brand building, and integrated communications. Building (qualified advertising/consumer experiences and raising the bar in creative excellence) preferably in an international environment - either agency or client side.

  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • You are proactive and enthusiastic, eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
