As a Manufacturing Product Owner, you will be responsible for coordinating, improving, and managing the entire lifecycle of manufacturing high-end PCB assemblies and Micro assemblies for both industrial and medical sectors. You will take ownership of projects from proposal and budgeting to configuration, manufacturing execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards and operational efficiency through systems like SAP and MES.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the preparation, manufacturing, and delivery processes of PCB and Micro assemblies.

  • Create project proposals and initial budgets based on customer specifications.

  • Generate and maintain Product Flow Charts and Product Control Plans.

  • Organize and oversee sample series, pilot runs, and process evaluations.

  • Deliver input for product validation aligned with Product BOM and Control Plans.

  • Implement and verify Change Proposals for products and processes.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to other production sites as needed.

  • Act as competence owner for process quality and efficiency (FMEA, Control Plans, Cpk, PPM, MTBF).

  • Lead implementation and release of new equipment/processes following milestone procedures.

  • Maintain and improve process/MES systems and ensure product configuration in SAP/MES.

  • Ensure compliance with QMS and local regulatory requirements.

  • Update and distribute user documentation for MES-enabled processes.

  • Drive continuous process improvement and advise on new technologies and capital investments.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.

  • Strong understanding of PCB/Micro Assembly manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with MES configuration, validation, and SAP integration.

  • Solid understanding of quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MTBF, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Flexible, creative, pragmatic, and result-driven mindset.

  • IT affinity and understanding of digital manufacturing environments.
