 As Manager Marketing Communications you report to the Head of Marketing Services and have the following responsibilities: 

  • Developing and executing retail omni-channel customer campaigns, increasing brand loyalty and creating a customer pull to buy spare parts via our DAF dealers and TRP stores. 

  • Managing operationally the activities of our external marketing agency.

  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to create an on-line customer pull resulting in leads for our dealers and increased revenues in our webshop. 

  • Developing and execution communication programs to our dealer network creating brand loyalty, making sure that they are fully informed and developing wholesale product promotions.

  • Organizing events for our own Sales force and our product suppliers.

  • Maintaining a close relationship with Sales, Dealers and Customers, making sure that current and future needs are identified and met. 

  • You are managing a team of 9 professionals.

For this challenging job we would like to meet with candidates with over ten years of communications experience in the international truck market or other high-tech international business markets. 



Must Haves:


  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing Management or Communications or a relevant other business field and you have demonstrated the ability to develop and execute communication campaigns, and market products on an international scale. 

  • You are a senior omni-channel communications manager with experience in the business-to-business market including magazines, email marketing, social media and digital marketing who knows how to increase brand loyalty and create effective product promotion campaigns. 

  • You passionately care about customer experience, and you are data driven, setting clear campaign objectives and measuring business success.

  • Experienced team manager with over 5 years business experience showing potential and desire to continue a high-growth path. 

  • Hands-on mentality, self-starter, high energy level. 

  • Strong organizational skills, strong leadership skills, ability to multi-task, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and strong PC and system skills are important requirements for this position. 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills in English are a must. Knowledge of other European languages are a strong preference.
