We are seeking a Junior Contractor with a solid background in software sourcing to join our dynamic global team immediately. The primary focus of this role is to support our software sourcing operations by managing smaller renewals (ranging from $250K–$1M), ensuring continuity and value in our vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the software sourcing team by managing smaller renewals, handling each stage from initial review to final approval.

• Provide hands-on support in executing order forms, contract renewals, and related documentation.

• Collaborate with major software vendors, focusing on SaaS agreements, to maintain alignment with business objectives.

• Utilize strong administrative and organizational skills to handle documentation and data accurately and efficiently.

• Work both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to manage tasks proactively.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in software sourcing or related roles, with exposure to renewals and order form management.

• Proven ability to manage renewals within the $250K–$1M range.

• Experience working with major software vendors and SaaS products is essential.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with an independent, hands-on approach.
