Freelance IT Integrator & Projectleider Finance & Risk (ZZP)
For the Finance & Risk value cluster we are looking for an Integrator. Finance & Risk is the IT department that consits of the ALM, Financial Risk, Finance, Non-Financial Risk and Data departments. As a whole we perform the financial accounting, asset & liability management, financial controlling, risk management and regulatory reporting for the entire bank.
For our value cluster we are looking for an IT Integrator/project leader to coordinate and plan complex cross team/department activities. We often use integrators in RFPs, complex decommissioning projects, analyses that need to be made cross department and for the technical part of coordination of major business changes.
Assignments will vary, but the following will be expected generically;
Excellent stakeholder management
Excellent planning and coordination
Going to extra mile to chase completion of required activities
Comprehensive impact analyses of complex changes
In general in control of delivery, escalating timely when required
The following skills are required;
Proven track record in project management in complex financial organisations (a strong preference for prior ABN AMRO experience)
Experience in coordinating major change in (scaled) Agile settings
Knowledge of IT concepts and preferably of relevant banking concepts
Knowledge and experience in RFPs, complex decommissioning projects, analyses that need to be made cross department and for the technical part of coordination of major business changes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As this role is quite heavily working with internal processes, a candidate with prior ABN AMRO experience is strongly preferred.
