Freelance IT Contract Remediation Specialist - DORA (ZZP)
The introduction of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requires contract remediation of an extensive nr of IT contracts within Procurement. In close collaboration with Legal and CISO additional contract clauses and requirements are determined and added to the supplier contracts. Suppliers do not always immediately accept these new contract clauses. So these clauses has to be explained and in close collaboration with Procurement Consultants negotiated. The negotiation results in a contract signing. Because it concerns a large nr of contract the statuses, actions and results has to be closely administered and discussed within the remediation team. This work requires daily team day starts and a minimun of three days at the office working together with all teammembers

The highest Risk Tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) have to be ready before July 1
Procurement Knowledge is preferred.
