Freelance IT Contract Compliance Consultant (DORA) (ZZP)

ABN AMRO is seeking legal experts to support the revision of IT contracts to align with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements. You will conduct a gap analysis on IT contracts, comparing them against DORA standards, and negotiate the necessary additional terms and conditions with IT service providers. For this role, a minimum of five years' relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of IT contracts is required. Familiarity with DORA or the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines would be advantageous.

The key responsibilities for this role include performing a gap analysis on IT contracts and negotiating required terms and conditions with IT service providers.

The contractor will assist in revising IT contracts to ensure compliance with DORA requirements. This includes reviewing existing contracts to verify their adherence to the new DORA standards. If a contract does not meet these requirements, the contractor will draft an amendment to incorporate the necessary changes. The contractor may also need to negotiate these amendments with IT suppliers and provide advice on whether any changes requested by the supplier are acceptable. This may involve coordination with internal stakeholders, such as Audit, CISO, Procurement, and the Contract Owner. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for tracking the progress of the work.
