Freelance Interim Team Lead Treasury Accounting & Control (ZZP)
You are responsible for Managing the Treasury Accounting & Control team consisting of two full-time FTEs and an intern.
Being the first point of contact for all accounting and reporting related topics within Treasury and working closely with Technical Accounting and Oversight on these topics.
Overseeing the monthly financial closing cycle for Treasury and supporting the team on the monthly and daily activities including Compliance reporting such as DNB and EMIR.
Acting as the secretary for the Treasury Governance meeting which includes presenting the agenda and preparing monthly management information. Coordinating the Annual Report activities owned by Treasury including the preparation and review of notes.
The execution of Group Pensions related controls and the preparation of the Group Pension note in the Annual Report.
The preparation and submission of P&L and B/S forecasts such as ROFO, AOP and SR planning.
Coordinating the quarterly (Sox) control activities and ensuring the department finalises the quarterly controls within the Group set timelines.
The quarterly update of the Treasury Financial Risk Policy and coordinating the annual update of the Finance Standards and Guidance.
Overseeing internal and external audits.
To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Control or another relevant field
Minimum of 8 years working experience in a similar role
Proficient IFRS knowledge of relevant Treasury Accounting topics
Good knowledge of excel is required, combined with experience in working with SAP
Good knowledge of financial markets and products is required
Ability to work with deadlines, ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team. Good communicative skills and a team player
Experience with leading a team.
Good level of English, both verbal and in writing
