As Project Manager Purchase-to-Pay (ad interim), you will be part of the GBS End-to-End Purchase-to-Pay team and support and report to the Director PtP. You will drive key projects to establish efficiency, effectiveness and user friendliness for the business.

In this role you will lead the Routty Touchless invoice project with the objective to move >80% of all FrieslandCampina supplier invoices to e-invoice formats and establish >80% touchless invoice processing using digital (XML) solutions. Time is of the essence with a max 6 months to achieve 75% of the target. This project must transform the invoice scanning team to an invoice ‘ingestion’ team where the objective is an efficient process flow. This role includes the interim management of the invoice processing teams globally and the evaluation of the exiting team practices and performance. New ways of working must be documented and sustainably implemented in parallel to daily activities.

In this role you will also lead the invoice processing teams to double their performance. (Invoices/FTE). This involves a mindset change of team leaders and team members using state of art performance management tools. Using data insights and daily stand-ups to drive performance bottom up. Team structures need to be redesigns to suit the E2E PtP setup.

Requirements:

•    A master degree, preferably from a University of Business or Technology .

•    Can do Mindset; positively drive resilience. 10-15 years working experience in the global FMCG industry is a must to understand working context;

•    Relevant expertise and experience in Purchase to Pay or Accounts Payable

•    Experience with digitalization in PtP, preferably experience working with XML document exchange

•    Hands on knowledge of Coupa Spend management technology, Routty invoice ingestion software knowledge is a plus.

•    Excellent Stakeholder management, effective and engaging communication at different management levels and throughout the organization.

•    Leadership and influencing skills: self-starter, pro-active, sense of urgency

•    Change management skills, engage and motivate

•    Proficiency in English required, Dutch beneficial

•    Analytical skills with continuous improvement mind-set

•    Experienced with MS Office applications and affinity with Procurement systems.

•    Willingness to travel (Budapest and Kuala Lumpur)

•    Solid experience with Coupa (purchasing system)
