As the Interim Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of several key projects that are reshaping our Digital organization. You will oversee and enhance the financial planning and control processes for Digital entity, ensuring solid procedures and operational excellence.

Scope of work:

• Financial Reporting & Insights: Develop and refine financial reporting processes to deliver clear, actionable insights into project performance.

• Finance Leadership: Drive the finance agenda for Digital, delivering timely and accurate reporting and business analysis related to digital transformation, in close collaboration with Group Finance and Operating Companies (Countries).

• Project Support: Partner with project leads to challenge them on cost control and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field. A RA (CPA) or RC qualification is a plus.

• 10+ years of relevant experience within dynamic international environments.

• A hands-on mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and operational teams.

• Advanced skills in Excel modeling and PowerPoint. Experience with Onestream is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking KPIs, and delivering results.

• Proven ability to use business insights and analytics to make data-driven decisions.

Assignment details:

• Assignment for 32/40 hours a week (on average).

• Partially work onsite at our office in Amsterdam (next to the Johan Cruyff Arena).
