Freelance HSE Project Manager (ZZP)

We are looking for an experienced HSE Project manager for a project for two years.

Team Responsibilities

·       Define corporate safety standards for Global Vanderlande (Supplychain, Technology, Engineering, Service)

·       Drive and implement HSE improvement projects

·       Excecution of internal Audits

Contact with

·       Corporate HSE Team

·       Local HSE Managers & HSE Officers

·       Customer Center Management, Project- Service- and Manufacturing Management

·       Site Managers and Supervisors

·       External stakeholders (e.g. Labor Inspectorate, suppliers, (sub-)contractors)

Responsible for

·       Develop and maintain Corporate HSE Standards in the field of Occupational Safety and Machine Safety

·       Collect and publish “good practices” on these Corporate HSE Standards

·       Organize workshops and training based on newly developed Corporate HSE Standards in order to strengthen the HSE Community

·       Build and maintain a HSE Management System, meeting the requirements of ISO ISO 45001

·       Provide hands on advise when required

·       Support the Corporate HSE Vision: Deliver World Class HSE Performance, leading our industry

Objectives

·       HSE Management System according to ISO standards

·       Strengthening the HSE Community

·       Bachelor degree in HSE Management

·       Practical knowledge and experience in the field of Occupational Safety and Machine Safety

Requirements:

·       Good communication skills

·       Understanding of HSE legislations

·       Setting of high standards / setting a good example

·       Ability to analyze information & produce written reports / Computer literate

·       Assertive / willing to challenge status quo
