Metrology & Machine Control (MX) is part of the bigger Development & Engineering (D&E) sector, which is the largest sector in the ASML organization with approximately 11,000 employees. Engineers have a range of backgrounds including physics, electronics, mechatronics, software, mechanics, data analytics and more. This vacancy is positioned in the MX Cluster. The MX cluster has a very diverse workforce and its engineers operate in the heart of the ASML machines. Employees working within MX typically have a background in physics/mathematics and software.
Job Mission
As an HR Business Partner you work closely together with employees and management and provide them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics. You are part of 2 department management teams and you drive, support and advise in the yearly HR cycle regarding performance management, employee development, succession management & compensation. You contribute to realize our Global HR priorities, focusing on Leadership & Competence development, Organization & Change, Strengthen HR Core and Attract, Recruit & Onboard. Next to that you participate in (global) HR projects. In this role, strong business partnering skills are needed to help build leadership skills and high performing teams. You are representing HR in several MX people plan related projects.
Role and responsibilities
In this exciting position you will be responsible for the key activities of the HRBP, and due to business needs with emphasize on the following:
- Develop People Management capabilities
- Coach leaders to develop high performing teams
- Change management and facilitate offsite workshops & trainings
- Integrate business challenges and HR solutions by using HR data and dashboards
- Recruitment and building strong talent pipelines
- Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business
- Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business to run the HR operations
Education
You have a Bachelor or Master Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.
Experience
You have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business. Preferably you possess related working experience as an HRBP in the Netherlands. You bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and a solid base in operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.
