Freelance Head of Topline Controlling EDP (ZZP)
Co-pilot business performance by implementing leading edge resource allocation initiatives, decision support models, topline animation and process to drive sustainable, profitable growth in the Netherlands for the EDP business unit.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong finance business unit teams with business acumen and management skills.
Decision Support: Implement decision support tools and models aligned with business needs
Planning and Controlling: Provide added value analysis and proactive recommendations on profitable growth model for Brands/channel/customer

Responsible to provide relevant insights, trends but also look into the future to support senior management team taking the right decision to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all categories.
It includes a variety of essential dairy as well as plant based brands market through different channels .

KEY DELIVERABLES
• Animate EDP financial performance cycle through GPS & RF process, and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of Dairy & PB Categories reporting GS till GROSS MARGIN
• Ensures together with the local Business Intelligence team proper quality & efficiency of data and reporting
• Strong support on innovation, renovation decision process (IRO)
• Lead EDP GM analysis and drive margin improvement initiatives
